If your booking is cancelled 3 hours prior to your booking time you will be charged 100% of the booking amount. We provide a 20min grace period, failing this, you will be charged for the full booking amount. If booking a service that relates to my physical health I certify that I do not have any pre-existing medical conditions (as described in the T&Cs) that could prevent the service provider from safely performing the service/treatment, and I acknowledge that I will be liable for up to 100% cancellation fee if any contraindicating medical condition is discovered upon the arrival of the service provider if booked via the Zenstars platform.
